A dual-action medication that targets two metabolic pathways at once, often delivering faster and more substantial results than single-action GLP-1s.
Patients on tirzepatide commonly see 15 to 22% body weight reduction over six to twelve months when paired with consistent habits.
The dual-pathway action calms food noise quickly so the choices that used to feel impossible start feeling effortless sooner.
Supports better blood sugar control, lower inflammation, and a more responsive metabolism on both insulin pathways.
One Nurse Practitioner who knows your dose, your symptoms, your goals, and your name.
Your monthly price covers everything you need on the program: medication, supplies, provider visits, and ongoing support. Only the one-time $65 baseline lab at intake is billed separately.
Your monthly price matches your current weekly dose. Everything is included: medication, supplies, visits, and ongoing support. Tirzepatide carries higher medication costs than semaglutide, especially at top doses, so the pricing reflects that honestly.
A one-time $65 baseline lab panel at intake (A1c, CMP, lipid panel, TSH). After that, no recurring lab fees on the program. Recent labs from a primary care provider in the past 3 months can substitute for the baseline panel.
Four steps from your first call to your maintenance dose. The first visit is free. Nothing happens without your understanding and consent.
We talk about your history, your goals, and whether tirzepatide is the right fit. No pressure to start.
We run any labs you need or use the ones you bring from the past 3 months. We confirm you’re clear to begin.
Medication ships from a licensed compounding pharmacy. You self-inject weekly at home, with our guidance.
We check in monthly, adjust your dose, refill your prescription, and answer questions between visits by message.
“I switched from semaglutide to tirzepatide after three months. The difference was real. The hunger noise quieted faster, and I started seeing results that finally matched the effort I was putting in.”
“My provider walked me through both options and helped me choose. Tirzepatide was the right call for my goals. I appreciate that I always know what I am paying each month.”
The tirzepatide we prescribe is dispensed by licensed compounding pharmacies (Empower or Olympia) that are registered to ship to Hawaii and follow FDA-regulated compounding standards. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished pharmaceutical products. The active ingredient is the same molecule used in branded products like Mounjaro and Zepbound, prepared in formulations our patients can access at fair pricing.
We discuss the risks, benefits, and alternatives with every patient during the initial consultation, including branded options if those are a better fit for you. Mild nausea is common in the first weeks and typically resolves with titration. Tirzepatide can be slightly more intense than semaglutide for some patients in the first month, which is why titration matters. We adjust your dose at any time based on tolerance.
The first visit is the conversation. We talk through your history, your goals, and whether tirzepatide or another option is the right fit. No pressure to start. No charge to ask.
The questions women ask us most often about tirzepatide, answered honestly.
Our program is dose-based, all-in monthly pricing. The 2.5 mg starter dose is $399/month, 5.0 mg is $479, 7.5 mg is $559, 10.0 mg is $639, and the 12.5 to 15 mg maintenance dose is $749. This includes your medication, supplies, provider visits, and ongoing support. There is a one-time $65 baseline lab panel at intake. After that, no recurring lab fees on the program.
Tirzepatide is a dual-action medication that targets both GLP-1 and GIP receptors, where semaglutide targets GLP-1 alone. Many patients see faster and more significant weight loss on tirzepatide. The trade-off is a higher cost and slightly more intense early-week side effects for some patients. We help you choose between the two during your free consultation.
There is a one-time $65 baseline lab panel at intake (A1c, CMP, lipid panel, TSH). After that, no recurring lab fees on the program. Recent labs from a primary care provider in the past three months can substitute for the baseline panel. We will tell you upfront if any additional labs are needed before starting.
Most patients stay on the program for six to twelve months. Some continue at a maintenance dose long term. We adjust the plan based on your response, your goals, and what your body is telling us.
Compounded tirzepatide is dispensed by licensed compounding pharmacies (Empower or Olympia) that are registered to ship to Hawaii. Compounded medications are not FDA-approved as finished pharmaceutical products, and we discuss this fully with you during your consult, including branded options like Mounjaro or Zepbound if those are a better fit.
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a $50 fee. This protects our schedule and the patients waiting for the next available time. If something urgent comes up, just reach out and we will work with you.
We do not bill insurance for the program fee. We can provide a superbill on request. HSA and FSA accounts are accepted for both the program fee and the medication.
