How much does hormone therapy cost?
The initial consultation is free. Monthly hormone therapy starts at $99/month for progesterone-only protocols, $119/month for estradiol, $179/month for combined estradiol and progesterone, and $139/month for women’s testosterone. There is a one-time $150 baseline lab fee at intake. After that, ongoing labs are bundled into your monthly price along with medication, supplies, and provider check-ins.
What hormones do you prescribe?
We prescribe bioidentical estrogen, progesterone, and low-dose testosterone, calibrated for women at every life stage. Forms include oral capsules and injectable formulations depending on what fits your biology and lifestyle.
Are labs included in the monthly price?
Yes. There is a one-time $150 baseline lab fee at intake. After that, the labs we order at 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and annually after that are bundled into your monthly price. This is a deliberate departure from how most TRT clinics structure pricing. It removes the financial friction every time you need to recheck levels.
Can I bring outside labs?
Yes. Recent labs from the past month can substitute for the baseline panel. Hormones move faster than weight loss markers, so the lab window is tighter than for our weight loss programs. We will tell you upfront if any additional labs are needed before starting.
When will I feel a difference?

What is your cancellation policy?
We ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged a $50 fee. This protects our schedule and the patients waiting for the next available time. If something urgent comes up, just reach out and we will work with you.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not bill insurance for the program fee. We can provide a superbill on request. HSA and FSA accounts are accepted for both the program fee and the medication.
