Key Benefits

Why women choose hormone therapy.

The shifts are subtle at first. By month three, most patients describe the change as feeling like themselves again.

Sleep That Actually Restores

Falling asleep faster, staying asleep through the night, and waking up before the alarm becomes a fight again.

Mood & Mental Clarity

The fog lifts. Patience returns. The quiet edge of irritation that had nothing to do with anyone around you finally settles.

Energy & Libido

The afternoon crash quiets. Your interest in the things you used to love returns. Your body starts to feel like yours again.

Provider Supervision

One Nurse Practitioner who reads your labs, calibrates your dose, and adjusts the protocol as your body changes.

What's Included

The whole protocol, simply priced.

Your monthly price covers medication, supplies, ongoing labs, and provider check-ins as needed. Only the baseline lab panel at intake is billed separately. After that, the labs we order at 6 weeks, 12 weeks, and ongoing are bundled in.

Who We Treat

Hormone health for every life stage.

Most women come to us with overlapping symptoms across more than one of these categories. We choose the right protocol together at your free consultation.

Perimenopause

Sleep disruption, mood shifts, cycle changes, anxiety, and the early hot flashes that signal a decade-long transition.

Menopause

Hot flashes, night sweats, vaginal dryness, brain fog, sleep loss, and the bone and cardiovascular support that comes with full replacement.

Low Testosterone

Quiet libido, persistent fatigue, loss of muscle tone, flatness, and reduced motivation that the right low-dose protocol can quietly restore.

PCOS & Postpartum

Cycle irregularities, postpartum mood and energy, PCOS-related symptoms, and recovery after stopping hormonal birth control.

Not sure which fits? The free consultation is the place to figure it out, no commitment required.

How It Works

Simple, supportive, in-person.

Four steps from your first call to your maintenance protocol. The consultation is free.

1

Free consultation

We talk about your symptoms, your history, and your goals. We tell you honestly whether hormone therapy is the right next step for you.

2

Prescription & lab visit

We order a complete hormone panel and review any outside labs you bring from the past month. The $150 baseline lab fee covers the workup needed to begin therapy. Ongoing labs after this are bundled into your monthly price.

3

Begin your protocol

We choose the right hormones, dose, and delivery format together. Most patients start within a week of their lab review.

4

Calibrate & continue

Monthly check-ins refine the protocol as your body responds. Most women feel real shifts within the first two to four weeks.

Patient Stories

Real results from real women.

“My sleep came back first. Then my mood. By month three I felt like the version of myself I had been missing for years. The provider listens, calibrates, and adjusts. It’s medicine, not a script.”

“I had been told for years it was anxiety, or stress, or just my age. It was none of those things. Two weeks into therapy I started crying with relief because I finally felt like myself again.”

Good to Know

A few honest notes about hormone therapy.

The hormones we prescribe are bioidentical, meaning they are molecularly identical to the hormones your body makes. Some are FDA-approved branded products. Others are compounded by licensed pharmacies (Empower or Olympia) registered to ship to Hawaii. Compounded hormones are not FDA-approved as finished pharmaceutical products. We discuss the differences with you and choose the option that fits your protocol best.

Hormone therapy is safe for most women when prescribed and monitored by a qualified clinician. We screen for contraindications during your prescription visit, including personal and family history of breast cancer, blood clots, and cardiovascular disease. We follow you closely, and you can always reach us between visits if anything feels off.

Ready When You Are

The first visit is the conversation. We talk through your symptoms, your history, and whether hormone therapy is the right next step. No pressure to start. No charge to ask.

Yes. There is a one-time $150 baseline lab fee at intake. After that, the labs we order at 6 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, and annually after that are bundled into your monthly price. This is a deliberate departure from how most TRT clinics structure pricing. It removes the financial friction every time you need to recheck levels.

Yes. Recent labs from the past month can substitute for the baseline panel. Hormones move faster than weight loss markers, so the lab window is tighter than for our weight loss programs. We will tell you upfront if any additional labs are needed before starting.

Most patients notice early shifts in sleep, mood, and energy within the first two to four weeks.
